This year I am working on improving my photography, this covers both taking an image and editing it. I am currently studying the course Lightroom for Photographers run by MyPhotoSchool. This four week online course provides an overview of Adobe Lightroom. The software Lightroom enables you to sort, store and edit your photographs. The first week focusses on importing your images from different sources, and then ways in which you can store and organize them so that you can easily find a particular image in future. It then touches on some basic editing. The course is taught through video. Here are my images from my first weeks assignment: This gorgeous view was taken by my brother Easter weekend, when we all met up at my parents home in the Yorkshire Dales. With the software I have geo tagged the image with co-ordinates, assigned keywords and had a play turning the image from colour to black and white. My week has mainly revolved around a poorly tot, and a variety of antibiotics to treat him.
